I have the honor of being a Maiden, as well as some of my besties (who are kind enough to help me with this evening) and Sasha Westin of Fabuliss.

In addition to Fall items on the site, there'll be a few additional knits in three different prints available at great prices.

Maiden Minnesota is a charitable shopping event. Vendors are Minnesota women-owned businesses.

This conference is the brain child of Emily Schroeder, owner of Pro Re Nata Communication, a PR and Marketing firm. This conference gathers women together to discuss health and wellness, finance and fitness, beauty and family life in a casual, friendly environment.

The Point. dog and pony show...as much of a show as one person can be with wares for sale...will be at the Indie Designer Market in Chicago, September 24 & 25. Then, I've recruited some of my besties for help for Maiden Minnesota on Thursday, November 4. I'll have some new stuff there in the $30-$45 range, too.

Getting Ready for Fall and Spring

After getting the Fall line produced, it's literally back to the drawing board for some items for late Fall and a Spring 2011 line. There'll be more Rayon of Bamboo jersey, and some cheap and cheerful items—about $35-40—that we'll be selling at events in the Midwest.

I have a space at the Twin Cites Women in Business (TCWIB) METRO Marketplace on Saturday, September 11, 2010. There will be a variety of local vendors and services at this event. There's no entry fee and free parking.

I had an opportunity to go to London and Paris at the beginning of July, so how could I say no? London is an ancient city, yet embraces the modern. It's a mixture of history and innovation, and my inexplicable Anglophilia draws me back there again and again. And since I was there...it seemed too easy to take the Eurostar to Paris. Both fashion capitals, you can see just by these pictures how innovative London embraces trendy, fast fashion, while Paris, a city with an incomparable aesthetic, maintains a refined fashion sensibility.
